How it works

1. Send a detailed design brief.
   Explain exactly what you want, include references and must-have details, and pay your $25 artwork deposit at checkout. A clear brief helps us build the right design from the start.
2. Review your design in three phases.
   We’ll send you each phase for review. Artwork review and approval typically take 3 to 5 days, depending on your request; scope and timing are confirmed by email before starting.
   1. Phase 1: Initial layout / sketch
      Review the concept and layout carefully. This is the only phase for major changes. Request all major changes before we move to the color palette.
   2. Phase 2: Color palette
      Review the artwork’s colors and refinements. From this phase onward, only minor adjustments are available. No major redesigns or changes to the agreed concept are allowed.
   3. Phase 3: Final design
      Review the completed artwork before final approval. Only minor finishing adjustments can be made; the completed artwork cannot be redesigned.
3. Complete your order.
   After artwork approval, you’ll choose your shirt size and color as we finalize your shirt order. We’ll then email a secure payment link for the remaining $64.99, plus any applicable tax or international shipping. Your shirt goes into production after final payment.
